The condo features a spacious, open design to provide plenty of space for everyone.  The bar/dining area has seating for up to seven people.  The living area offers a NEW posh sectional sofa, ottoman and tropical accent chair for lounging while enjoying the INCREDIBLE PANORAMIC VIEWS AND A HOME THEATER SYSTEM with 46’ SAMSUNG LCD TV to view movies and sports!!  In addition there is a home stereo system with IPOD/IPhone dock for your listening pleasure.

The master bedroom features superb water views, direct access to the oversized beachfront balcony, a king bed and comfortable club chair.  The second bedroom has a bay view and a queen bed.  Both bedrooms have beautiful bedding, high thread count sheets, flat screen TV’s and DVD players.  We also have a automatic blow up mattress that can be used for additional sleeping space.  There are 2 bathrooms – one connected to the master bedroom and one directly beside the 2nd bedroom for convenience.

The condo is furnished as a custom decorated home, not as a typical WHITE rental unit.

Free high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, in-unit phone with free long distance to anywhere in the US or Canada, blow dryers, iron and ironing board are all included.

Our condo has a state-of-the-art electronic lock.  We will give you a unique code that will allow you to enter the condo.  Prior codes do not work!  No keys to keep up with.  No keys that won’t work.  Just go to the door and enter the code!!

We also have stocked the unit with various board games as well as an extra TV to hook up your video game systems.

The Fitness Center overlooks the Gulf of Mexico featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment for those who want to stay in shape on vacation.
