Feet of shopping,dinning and entertainment areas has something for everyone to enjoy, next we have two brand new 1500 foot long fishing piers, St Andrews State Park a great place to snorkel you will be able to spot the very delicate Seahorse "please do not handle", Sea Urchin's, Shrimp and many other sea creatures hanging out on the lush grass bottoms of St Andrews Bay.
We are also home to the very popular Little League World series tournaments for both the boys and girls the World Series Tournaments held in Panama City Beaches Frank Brown Park every year, and don't forget The Iron Man Competition, and the spring and fall Bike weeks with all of these events just minutes from our home at The Summer House.

Our 1st floor condominium overlooks the 2 pools, one of which is heated to 80 Degrees in the winter. Summerhouse is located 8 mile from Pier Park (900,000 sq ft Complex of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the NEW west end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park opened in the spring of 2008 with such unique restaurants as Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Wild Wing Café, Reggae J's and Five Guys Famous Hamburgers and Fries to mention just a few.
