Description

This condo has a breathtaking long range view of Panama City's beautiful white sandy beaches from the large balcony.

The master suite features a king bed, 22' TV, with a wall of glass which walks out to the balcony. View the oceans and beaches right from the bed. It also features a private bathroom with tiled showers and large bathtub. Marble double sink vanity and walk in closet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, 22" TV. Large window to enjoy the view of the ocean and beach and full bathroom tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has a set of bunkbeds the kids will love.

Features a full equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar area to seat 4 people. Large dining table for 6. Dinnerware for 8.

Great living room arranged around the wall of glass overlooking the gorgeous beaches. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset in the chaise lounge or at a table for 4.

Condo is located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Great swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. Restaurant and bar. The youngsters will love the kids area featuring a small pool with water mushroom, very soft rubberlike grounds (just in case they fall) and many water sprays for fun.

Enjoy the beautiful beach area! Just in case you get bored with soaking up the rays, jet ski rentals and parasailing is available.

** The exercise room/gym although it is at the building for use. It's now a pay for service controlled by the front desk and out of our hands.

Boardwalk Beach Resort is located 6 mile from Pier Park (900,000 sq ft Complex of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Thomas Dr. in the convenient east end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park opened in the spring of 2008 with such unique restaurants as Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Wild Wing Café, Reggae J's and Five Guys Famous Hamburgers and Fries to mention just a few.
