Unit D3 at Palm Beach is built on two levels. The entry level is on the 2nd floor and offers a spacious living and dining area, a huge well equipped kitchen and 2 comfortably appointed bedrooms, each with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a powder room on the is level.

 

Go up a flight of stairs and you’ll find the enormous master bedroom, a serene sanctuary featuring a plush king size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Wake up to stunning views and enjoy the utmost privacy in this elevated haven. From the master there is a huge balcony overlooking the SXM runway for those who enjoy observing planes land and take off. Please note that the unit is well insulated and airplane noise is not a problem.
