This home is oh so charming! Beautifully remodeled and quite lovely, Kokomo has a modern, luxurious feel with high-end finishes and décor throughout, yet remains very affordable! Conveniently located in the middle of quaint Orient Bay Village, this 2 bedroom home + loft (sleeps 4 adults and 2 children) is an easy 320 yard walk to the soft white sand of beautiful Orient bay Beach and Le Place, the delightful village square with wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocery. Kokomo is on the 2nd floor of a building in Residence Maracuja and is fully air-conditioned. You are greeted on entrance of Kokomo by a beautiful, modern, well equipped kitchen including a white marble waterfall center island with wine fridge and bar seating for 2. A bit further into the home is a dining table with seating for 4. Beyond the dining area is the comfortable living area with comfortable sofa and large screen TV. There is a stairway in the living area which leads to a converted attic space with a full size bed and small play area. The loft is meant for 1 or 2 children only. The 2 bedrooms offer queens size beds, balcony, and lovely en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and sinks. The WC, or toilet room, is in the hallway and is shared. In short Kokomo is well priced for the quality and location, and offers all the amenities one need for a relaxing, fun vacation without breaking the bank!
