This lovely, very spacious and well equipped BEACHFRONT condo is located in the heart of Orient Bay and is one of the nicest condos available in the area. It is a in the perfect location with a short easy stroll to the charming village square “Le Place” and its plethora of great restaurants, quaint shops and grocery.

 

This 2 story condo with the ground floor offering a spacious open concept floor plan with a fully equipped, modern kitchen that opens to the dining area and living room, and a charming covered patio with comfortable chaise lounge chairs and alfresco dining. Just beyond the patio is the newly refurbished community pool... and just beyond the pool is the soft white sand of beautiful Orient Beach!

 

The care and love that has been put into Tres Chic is evident from the moment you walk in... This vacation condo has a very cool, refreshing yet relaxing vibe with lots of natural light toned woods, and light tile flooring. Soothing grey and white hues dominate the space with pops of color throughout. The living room offers comfortable plush seating and a very large wall mounted TV. There is interior dining for 4 persons and dining for 6 persons on the covered patio.

 

The new modern kitchen is well equipped with white Euro style cabinetry, built in microwave and oven, 4 burner stove, huge stainless steel side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, coffer machine, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes one needs prepare lovely meals.

 

Walk up the brand new staircase to the 2nd floor and you discover a fabulous master suite with balcony offering ocean views, king bed, TV, and brand new ensuite bathroom with glass walk in shower, single sink and toilet. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with glass walk in shower, single sink and toilet, but this bedroom is on the street side with views of the village and hillside.

 

Please note: There is also an additional 3rd floor attic conversion that offers a sleeping area for children or teens with 2 twin beds, an ensuite sink and toilet but no shower. There is no door to close off the space and currently has no windows. The ceiling is angled quite severely making the ceiling low. This space is only offered upon request and there is a surcharge for using the space. Please inquire about rates.

 

Other amenities include a washing machine and dryer, Satellite TV with US channels, free WIFI, hair dryers, and all the comforts of home in the heart of Orient Bay.

 

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.

Orient Bay, also known as the "St Tropez" of the Caribbean, is a 1.3 mile stretch of soft white sand and turquoise blue waters. The beach is lined with lovely restaurants and bars offering service on the beach including beach chairs and umbrellas. Along the beach you will also find various watersports activities.  The far northern and southern end of Orient Bay are designated as “naturist” and are clothing optional areas. In the center of the bay, where bathing suits are required, is the quaint, colorful “Parc de la Baie Orientale”, a charming Creole style village. The village square, “Le Place”, and along the main street, guests enjoy a plethora of exceptionally good restaurants, shops, grocery, bakery, and services. Orient Bay is 10 minutes from Grand Case and its gourmet restaurants and the extremely popular “LoLo’s”. Orient Bay is about 20 minutes from Marigot, the capitol of the French side, or head south and it is 20 minutes to Phillipsburg, the capitol of the Dutch side.


St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
