Looking for the perfect affordable hideaway?  Voilà!  You’ve found it!  Unit 12 at “Lataniers Résidence” is a charming, fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath Orient Bay vacation rental situated in the heart of Orient Village.  

Backing up to the tropical nature reserve of Orient Bay, it is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Orient Beach to offer a quiet, upscale tropical retreat in the middle of swaying palm trees, yet is an easy, 125 yard stroll to the charming “Le Village de Orient – La Place”, the village square/market place with its restaurants, deli, and shops.  

Walk another 50 yards and your toes are in the soft white sand of Orient Beach.  This 1.3 mile long bay is famous for its fine white sand, crystal clear waters, and entertainment at numerous beach bars, restaurants, and water sports.  You’re in for a vacation of a lifetime!

This fully air-conditioned condo is located via stairway on the 2^nd floor of the building.  The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a sofa bed, Cable TV with US and French channels, and DVD player.  The new, modern kitchen with open floor plan and bar is very well equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, full oven and fridge, and all the utensils you’ll need for preparing fine meals.  The living area opens to a lovely, quiet balcony overlooking palm trees and charming Suggar birds frolicking in the trees.

The bedroom is upstairs and offers a peaceful “ZEN” atmosphere with vaulted ceiling, light, calming colors and a comfortable king size bed, and TV.

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
