The fourth bedroom has exterior access from the terrace at the rear of the house, and the fifth bedroom also has an independent entrance just below the pool terrace. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs and en-suite baths with luxurious rain showers and designer fittings.  

The Master Cottage is completely separate from the main house surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and has a large private seafront terrace equipped with a hot tub and outside shower and swing seat. The bedroom’s en-suite bath has double vanities and a large, open rain shower and separate his and her toilets and bidets. There is a large walk-in closet and the bedroom opens out to the terrace via large glass sliding doors. Next to, but further back from the Master Cottage is the seventh bedroom which has an ensuite bath, a siting area and balcony with lovely ocean views.
