 This 8 bedroom 7 1/2 bath beach side home in the Miramar Beach section of Destin is located in a private, gulf front, gated community with direct beach access just 5 houses from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, with its world famous white sands and turquoise waters waiting for you to enjoy. Our house also has its own private gated pool where you can grill out and have fun in the back yard.
This property is in fantastic shape. We just purchased the home in June, 2012 and renovated it with new paint, landscaping and air conditioning. We purchased all new furniture and bedding along with all new blankets and sheets. The main house has a large front porch, and has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths with a large and spacious, well equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. Wi-Fi is installed. All bedrooms and living rooms have brand new Flat screen HD TV's. The carriage house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. The living room in the carriage house has a 32' Flat screen HD TV. In the carriage house, there is one queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with a lower bunk double bed and upper bunk single.

Upstairs in the main house is two master bedrooms each with king size beds. Downstairs has four bedrooms – 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 bedroom with a lower bunk double bed and upper bunk single. All bedrooms in the main house have private baths. Downstairs, the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and great room make this house fantastic for entertaining large groups or hanging out with family. You and your friends and family can cook, eat, drink and watch the big screen HD TV together. The latest surround sound is installed in the great room and on the pool deck and connects wirelessly to your I-Phone.

No need to rent bicycles. We have 4 beach cruisers for the bicycle trails all around Destin.
