Purchased in May 2012 At the very popular and high demand Thomas Drive vacation spots 'Boardwalk Beach Resort.' This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sleeps 8 in beds with the master bedroom having a King Size bed and the second bedroom with 2 Queen size beds and a commercial grade sleeper sofa that even an adult can get a good nights sleep on.

There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. The Iron Man Competition, Bike Week, and the Fantastic summers on Thomas Dr.
Boardwalk Beach resort is on the Gulf of Mexico with the clearest water and the most beautiful white sand beaches in the US. If you are coming for the special events or vacationing or just a relaxing weekend there is always something to do. Boardwalk is centrally located and close to everything from Pier Park to Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ebro Greyhound Racing and Poker Room and Zoo World. There are also endless trails of Putt-Putt Golf, amusement parks, Night Clubs, boating, fishing, water sports galore, lots of shopping, restaurants, and seafood festivals.
Everything you expect in a vacation destination and then some. The zero entry pool has its own waterfall with an expansive sunning deck. Tiki bar with a full menu and bar. Have your lunch and never leave the pool. The kiddy pool is complete with interactive fountains to keep the youngsters happy for hours. When you are ready for the beach you will only be a few feet away from the crashing waves and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico

Boardwalk is the host condo for multiple beach events including the Iron Man Competition, Spring and fall Bike Weeks, Triathlons. You can walk to the amusement centers on Front Beach Rd with go-carts, Put-Put Golf, video games and great restaurants.

Pier Park opened in the spring of 2008 with such unique restaurants as Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Wild Wing Café, Reggae J's and Five Guys Famous Hamburgers and Fries to mention just a few.
