Beautiful new house overlooking the lake with a huge deck and an outside hot tub that sleeps 17 with central a/c. Great room with soaring 20 foot ceilings and windows with beautiful lake views. A big rec room with 52" TV and a Brunswick pool table. The house has 3500 square feet...6 bedrooms 3 1/4 bathrooms a big rec room with a wet bar and an additional fridge. The house is located in Emerald Lakes Community which boasts a community center with an indoor pool and sauna, lake beaches, playgrounds and an outdoor pool. Indoor and outdoor pools have limited hours of operation, please ask for details. There are fees to access the community ammenities ($5 per day or $10 for the week - kids under 4 are free) Located just 8 miles from Camelback Mountain & Camelbeach Water Park. About 15 miles to Jack Frost. Less than 4 miles to the new Casino. About 10 minutes to the huge outlet mall Pocono Crossings. Near horseback riding, golf. gokarts, paintball, whitewater rafting, Poconos Raceway for Nascar and more.

There are stairs that go down to the lake access and a small sandy private beach for sunbathing. The lake is good for swimming although from our backyard it is not ideal because the lake access there is rocky. The use of our paddle boat and our canoe comes with the rental. It is a great lake for fishing! 

YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets are provided.
