This house has 6 bedrooms plus a HUGE loft that is the size of 2+ bedrooms below. We just did a new kitchen here with granite counters and a 40" double oven high end stove. We just installed a huge hot tub on the new lower level deck.

This house is located between Jack Frost and Big Boulder Mountains...about 3 minutes to Big Boulder and about 10 minutes to Jack Frost. The community beach is beautiful and there are lots of restaurants and fun things to do just minutes away. Split Rock Lodge is less than a mile away and there is miniature golf, bowling, movies, video arcade room, restaurants and much more to keep everyone entertained. We are 2 miles from Big Boulder Ski Mountain and only about 5 miles away from Jack Frost Mountain. Camelback Mountain is about 25 minutes away.

From Memorial Day thru Labor Day, the house comes with 10 passes to ulitize the community beach. You also get a key to the community tennis court. If you have more guests, you can pay $5 per person for the day. There is also a great restaurant called Murphy's Loft which is only 5 miles from the house. They have a beautiful heated inground swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day thru September (sometimes even later and the closing is weather dependant). If you eat at the restaurant and they have poolside dining, you can utilize the pool all day at no charge. www.murphysloft.com
