Welcome to Villa Francais! This magnificent Spanish-style family villa rental in St Maarten boasts outstanding unobstructed views of the incredibly blue Caribbean Sea. This fully air-conditioned villa was made for entertainment with wide open spaces and a game room for the young at heart. Francais offers 5 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom, and spectacular ocean and sunset views from a southwest facing terrace in the most popular neighborhood in St Maarten, Pelican Key.
This very spacious villa features an open concept design including a beautifully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar. The kitchen and living room connect to the pool deck from which those expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and brilliant sunsets are enjoyed. There are traditional vaulted ceilings and beautiful terracotta floors throughout the home. There is also a separate laundry room.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, plus a game room with foosball table and board games. Each of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and built-in closets, two of which open directly to the pool deck. Upstairs you will find a large room with 2 queen beds with a spacious ensuite bathroom and private balcony with the same stunning views. On a lower level, with exterior access, there is also a studio which serves as the 5th bedroom.
