Located in the upscale and very modern Aqua Marina complex which is situated on a peninsula that extends from Maho into Simpson Bay Lagoon, this villa offers nothing short of “wow” from its impressive entry all the way to the water’s edge. Built with 3 levels the villa offers a a spacious open floor plan which extends to a lovely furnished terrace, a very large well equipped kitchen which opens to the terrace, and dining areas, all of which enjoy spectacular lagoon and mountain views. The villa has top quality finishes, furnishings and décor throughout.
This fully air-conditioned villa has five total bedrooms, one on the main level, one upstairs, and three downstairs. Four bedrooms offer lagoon views and have Queen beds, a dressing room, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a full size bed, Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom.
Even though the villa is fully air-conditioned, it’s really all about outdoor living at Abracadabra! The villa offers a plethora of seating and gathering space spread out on three expansive decks. The upper level pool is just off the main living area, and the huge deck below has a beautiful lap pool. Then there is one more terrace by the dock. Each terrace has seating and the entire lot is full of lush, tropical greenery. Truly beautiful! And for the physically inclined, villa guests may also use the professional gym in the main Aqua Marina building.
