Villa Wellness is a very unique and lovely new waterfront property in the prestigious guard gated community of Terres Basse, the French Lowlands of St Martin. Located on the shore of ‘”Grand Etong” a back water lagoon located behind beautiful Baie Longue beach, the villa offers a very tranquil, retreat like atmosphere with serene interiors and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Villa Wellness is a spacious, fully air-conditioned and well planned villa with open modern living space with smart TV and SONOS audio system, and very well-equipped kitchen with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. The villa offers five beautifully and comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, smart TV, queen size bed, and a safe inside of the closets. The bed linen provided is LINVOSGES, a high-quality linen from France. A Laundry room with washer and dryer. The main living area opens to a lovely covered terrace with more plush seating and alfresco dining. The two tiered salt water infinity edge pool is flanked by a sun deck for relaxing and soaking up the tropical rays. The views are so peaceful and calming, and there is a “over the water” deck which makes for a charming cocktail hour.
The villa also has a well-equipped gym for those wanting to maintain physique while vacationing, a Petanque court and a ping pong table for a bit of fun competition, and a gas barbecue. PLEASE NOTE: Villa Wellness is totally private, however, it has a neighboring 2 bedroom property, Villa Enjoy, which can be rented separately or together with Wellness making it a 7 bedroom option for larger groups.
