The very charming and fully renovated Villa Filao is located on a slightly elevated lot in the quaint and colorful village of Orient Bay. The elevation gives guests a tree top view of the ocean and the island of St Barth, yet the villa is close enough to the beach to be able to walk there in about 6 minutes (500 yards), passing the village square along the way. The villa was recently totally renovated and is now tastefully and comfortably furnished. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is built on 1 level and is air-conditioned throughout. There is a spacious floor plan with open concept, fully equipped modern kitchen, a breakfast table, and living area with a smart TV with French Cable and Netflix, etc..
The villa also offers a laundry room with washer AND a dryer! So if you’re looking for an affordable family vacation rental or a rental for a group of friends that is just a stroll away from a fabulous beach offering a great choice of fun bars, excellent restaurants, and various watersports facilities, you’ve found it! Also, at night it is a short walk to the “La Place du Village” and it’s lovely choice of gourmet restaurants. If that isn’t enough, Grand Case is an easy 8 minute drive away.
