Looking for a very private, immaculately kept villa with amazing views, full AC, and a heated pool? Villa Horizon SB is nestled right into the hillside in a small gated community of 3 villas within the charming and very popular Orient Bay Village.

Horizon is named after the unobstructed, mesmerizing ocean views which include the islands of Green Caye, Pinel, Tintamarre, and of course, the gorgeous island of St Baths as it seems to float on the horizon. The villa also offers a huge panoramic view of Orient Bay.

The owners have lovingly refurbished Horizon and it is now becoming one of the best kept secrets in Orient Bay. There are very few 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villas in Orient Village with the list of amenities Horizon offers, yet it is still one of the most affordable truly private villas in Orient Bay.

Guests very much enjoy lounging on the expanded deck or in the rare heated pool, or under the large, comfortably furnished gazebo which is just off the living area. The villa is a cozy, relaxing, intimate space, perfect for au natural sunbathing, or simply enjoying the spectacular views and a good book!

Horizon SB is a single level, fully air-conditioned villa with an open floor plan including a comfortable living area with large screen TV, a modern, well equipped Euro style kitchen with breakfast bar, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom. The bedroom which opens to the terrace has a king bed and ocean views, while the other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and garden views.

The kitchen is equipped with a large stainless steel fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, stove and oven, micro wave, blender, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils necessary for cooking fine meals. The villa also has a laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Your favorite spot will be the terrace with the nice breeze and the incredible views. Under the gazebo is a dining table with eating for 8 where you will enjoy alfresco dining.

A short drive down the hill is the amazing and fun filled Orient Beach which is lined with a plethora of casual and fine dining restaurants and bars. The quaint “Le Place”, the village square, also enjoys a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and just across the street you’ll find a fabulous bakeries, a grocery store, cream shop, and many other goods and services.
