Orient Beach, St Martin French Side Vacation Rental Property - VILLA SILOVE... Oh so charming, affordable, and 2 min walk to Orient Beach!

Silove has been totally and lovingly refurbished to achieve its flawless new look! From first sight this fully air-conditioned villa stands out among the others in the area. The delightful and peaceful green yard and garden, which is huge by Orient Beach standards, encompasses the wrap-around covered terrace with large gas BBQ, and private pool with colorful lighting effects. It is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun or have a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. There is seating for 6 persons for alfresco dining.

The use of the interior spaces are well thought out, well furnished and well equipped. Using calm neutral greys and shades of white and cream, the villa opens up to offer a comfortable place to rest and, well... vacation! The ground floor consists of the living area with a new fitted modern Euro kitchen with bar, and 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom with a loft that has 2 twin beds for small children only so the villa sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (under 10 years) maximum! All 3 bedrooms have Euro King beds (slghtly larger than US King).

PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.

A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out.  If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request.  And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee.  All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
