Remodel completed in Nov. 2014 gives this historic arcadia neighborhood house all the modern conveniences in the kitchen. Great Location for the business traveler or vacationer. Less than 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Our home is located in the upscale Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix and borders on Scottsdale. Less than 5 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale, and numerous restaurants, shops, theaters, night clubs, golf courses, baseball spring training. View Camelback Mountain as you sit in the backyard spa. Business or pleasure this is an excellent location! It can accommodate up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and double futon bed and full bathroom. One bedroom with attached bathroom has a Queen bed. The other bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom across the hall. We can also supply two blow up mattresses to accommodate two additional people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook with a table that seats 8. The Irish Pub room has a player piano, flat screen TV/DVD with cable streaming Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The bar seats 4. The combination living room/dining room has a table which can seat 6, couch, love seat, desk, flat screen cable TV /DVD with cable streaming Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. There is wireless internet. Washer and dryer. Towels and Linens are provided.
