  • Holiday Rates (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Yers, Etc.): $1,850/week
  • Long term lease/rental is also available
Other Rate Information:
  • $500 refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation and will be returned within 3 days that rental is concluded.
  • $125 move out fee is not refundable.
  • $50 HOA fee is also not refundable.
  • Total due at time of contract is $675 and the full amount of rental is due the first day of rental via cashiers check ONLY.
  • No more than 3 cars allowed per the association rules
  • 1 boat allowed, but can not exceed 35 feet
  • Use of the Davits is not alowed due to insurance reasons.
