Description

Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with a home entertainment center (TV, VCR, DVD.)
The views from this condo make it easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar.

The unit can sleep up to 10 guest comfortably with a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, & 2 full beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Each bedroom has a cable TV & ceiling fans.

The Watercrest resort has a lovely pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, kiddie pool, sunning decks all overlooking the gulf, these were all just renovated in 2010 including new surfaces for the lighted tennis courts, and shuffle board. Along with racquetball, exercise rooms, steam rooms, and a lovely club house. Just 1. 5 miles from Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant and Marina.
This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

Watercrest is located 8 mile from Pier Park (900,000 sq ft Complex of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the NEW west end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park opened in the spring of 2008 with such unique restaurants as Jimmy Buffets Margarittaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks, Olive Garden, Wild Wing Café, Reggae J's and Five Guys Famous Hamburgers and Fries to mention just a few.
