The community has a lovely central garden with a very nice gradual entry beachfront pool and direct beach access.

 

Both bedrooms have king beds, TVs, ensuite bathrooms and balcony access where you can enjoy amazing views of the islands, like St. Kitts & Nevis, Statia, Saba and Anguilla. The central location of the community insures that you are a leisurely walk or a short drive to a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops, casinos, etc. The Boon Restaurant at Mary’s Boon, and the Karakter Beach Bar are a short stroll down the beach.

Simpson Bay is a beautiful 1.3 mile stretch of soft white sand and turquoise waters on the southern Leeward side of Dutch St Maarten. If you're looking to be where the action is, this is it!  This immensely popular area offers a plethora of casual to gourmet restaurants, lots of bars, casinos, boutique shops, trinket stores and services. The airport runway runs along about half of the bay, but folks don’t mind... the beach is that good! Restaurants such as Karakter, Mary’s Boon, and El Zafiro offer beach chairs along with great food and cocktails!
