Thank you Ted we enjoyed our stay immensely. We truly love Simpson beach. If that unit was to ever go for sale I would have interest in a potential purchase. Again always a pleasure doing business with you and the staff at St Martin Reservation Center. |

We've been vacationing in St. Maarten for over 25 years and have had the pleasure of staying in many beautiful villas and hotels. We were back for the 2nd time to Coco Beach Club because of its outstanding location...Close to everything and literally 1t steps to the ocean. Clean comfortable accommodations, friendly staff and one of the nicest beaches in SXM. Highly recommended. |

We are back from our three week stay in St Maarten with my mother and brother. They stayed in Coco Beach #6 - as you may recall, my mother was not well enough to travel last year and you were good enough to help us reschedule the booking of the condo so we could postpone our vacation until this January. We just wanted to send you a little note to let you know we all had a fabulous family vacation together in St Maarten and my mom and brother loved their stay at Coco Beach. They really enjoyed being ocean front for sure!! They also really liked Cora, the house keeper as she was very considerate and helpful. Thank you again for helping us make this a trip to remember!! |
