Rental of Amapola House is exclusive to one party at a time. All rentals are subject to a 7% Government Room Tax. The Summer Special is good for stays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Fall Internet Special rate is good for stays between Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Discounted rates do not apply during holiday weeks and special events. The availability calendar is updated every 24 hours. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice. Reservations require a 50% deposit. Rentals require a refundable $300 security/damage deposit (higher during spring break) that is returned shortly after check-out. A cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than seven nights. Maid service is provided upon request for an additional fee. Deposits on cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. This suite is not rented separately. For larger parties, a adjacent twin home is available at similar rates. 

 Amapola House is located in the quieter section of a residential beach area community and is not be suitable for student and singles party groups. Amapola House is rented to responsible adults over the age of twenty five.
