First I would like to thank Carole for working with us to procure a very nice villa. It shows that your company cares for their clients and are doing whatever they can to accommodate them.
And Camille, you are by far the best concierge the company ever had. You are extremely through and covered all the details regarding the Villa. The villa as promised was great.
The island of course suffered severe damage. However we feel they are doing everything they can to come back. The airport personal working out of the two tents are more efficient now than they were in the terminal.
A couple of restaurants we visited are back again as good and better than before. I suspect these are the ones that could afford to rebuild without waiting for any insurance money.
Restaurants are a major part of the draw to St Martin. Let’s get them back up and running ASAP. The major grocery store in Phillipsburg is fully operational while workers are still making repairs.
The big factor is the attitude of the residence. They all appear to have accepted the disaster and are not complaining but are cleaning up the mess and rebuilding as they can.
Keep this attitude alive and St. Martin will in time come back better and stronger than before
