Awesome Location And Views

We stayed at this property and the location is awesome for walking to many restaurants and bars as well as having beach access. It has a great market a little way down the road that carries everything imaginable.
Sit out on either the pool deck or the deck facing the beach and listen to the music at happy Buccaneer Beach Club at Happy Hour. If you like being in the thick of the action this is most definitely the property for you!
The management company that handles this property is second to none. Everything was flawless from start to finish.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was clean, had a FANTASTIC location, excellent views, and was in the center of night life. We could not have picked a better location for our stay. Literally steps from the beach, 3 restaurants, and grocery stores. Had it's own dedicated parking space which wave very helpful and the private pool was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL VISIT, THIS HOME IS GREAT THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE RESTAURANT DOWNSTAIRS DID NOT INTERFERE WITH OUR STAY AT ALL AND TURNED OUT TO BE OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. GREAT DRINKS HAPPY HOUR 11-7 EVERYDAY.

We had the most enjoyable stay, plenty of room for the 6 of us, the location was perfect, the home had so many extra amenities! The stay was exceptional. We will definitely return, I am a Travel Agent I surely will send my clients your way.

Location is the best on island. Beautiful, well appointed, close to absolutely everything. Beautiful views, secure, cleaned twice during out stay. Everything was right there. No noise problem. Pool was clean and refreshing. Lovely outdoor sitting areas. Would go back in a heartbeat. We were a group of 8, so 2 slept on sofa pull out. I must stress LOCATION. Also it was very clean and comfy. Maia was awesome to deal with, picked us up at airport. We rented a van after that and parking was provided.

This is a really comfortable home and is beautifully maintained. Ok, the decor is a bit old school but it's such a cool floor plan and in such a great location that this is quickly overlooked.
The terrace is literally over the Green House restaurant and looks right down to the sand of Kimsha beach and the new Roxxy Bar is just down the beach.
You really don't need a car because there are lots of restaurants, shops, bars, and a grocery store just a couple of minutes walk away. The only "down side" is that because you are so close to these amenities, you'll hear music almost every evening until 10 pm or 11 pm on weekends. We got used to it... we thought it was a small price to pay for the convenience of being so close to everything.
So if you want to be in an active area, you can't go wrong with Sol Y Mar. We loved it!!

Best location n the island. Everything just a stones throw away! Been coming here for the last twenty five years and would not trade this spot for anywhere else. Best landlords!! Thank you for everything including all the spoiling..See you next trip.

Your villa is beautiful. Perfect for 2 families to share and lots of fun,laughs and sunsets. Great location to walk to activities, shopping and restaurants.
We have been to St Maartin multiple times and this is on of our favorite places to stay so far.
