Lovely, magical place!

We stayed at Puu Poa in late March for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is gorgeous! Amazing ocean views, rainbows everyday, surfers, Bali Hai, whales- and all from the lanai. The condo is spacious and the king bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We slept very well during our stay here. The location for us was perfect. We walked to one of our favorite beaches next to the Ritz Carleton every day and the area is so peaceful. We highly recommend this Princeville condo and Tarek is a great guy to work with. All I can say is stay and see for yourself! It's magical...

Views to die for, a rare find

I'm writing this review on the last night of our four-day stay here in this fabulous condo...the first four nights having been spent at another condo owned by Tarek in Poipu. We are so comfortable here we are thinking of moving in:) Seriously - this has been one of the most relaxing yet exhilarating vacations we have had in some time, and we like to travel. It was my husband's first time in Hawaii and my second, and I was unsure which island to pick - until I happened upon Tarek's properties in Kauai. As owners of a vacation rental in Florida, we understand and appreciate timely and relevant communication, and from our initial inquiries, we got that in Tarek. The photos truly do not do justice to the beauty, comfort level, spaciousness and elegance of this condo in the Pu'u Poa resort. We knew it would be good, but didn't know we'd see whales from the lanai or appreciate fully the soothing sound of the crashing waves. We did so much on this trip...and we're not done yet! Highly recommend the Mediterranean Gourmet in Hanalei for exquisite lunch and dinner, and the Kilauea Lighthouse and national wildlife refuge for whale watching. Even in late April, we saw whales from the balconies of both properties as well as from Kilauea and while hiking the Kalalau trail (another must-do if you enjoy hiking. Thanks, Tarek, for everything! Wonderful Honeymoon Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing time in Puu Poa 309 during our honeymoon trip to Kauai. The location was great, within a short drive to everything on the island, but away from the crowds. It was so lovely to come back to the condo after an action packed day and just sit on the lanai and relax watching the beautiful sunsets. Tarek treated us very well, even accommodating some last minute challenges on our end. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay there again. Thanks Tarek!

We had a simply extraordinary time staying in this condo. The accommodations are perfect and Tarek is a wonderful host. We also stayed at his place at Poipu Shores the second 1/2 of our visit. I would not even think about staying anywhere else or renting from anyone else on Kauai. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Tarek! Thank you for such a wonderful stay in PuuPoa #309. It is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures. The veiw is amazing, the condo has everything PLUS that you might need stocked in it. The sunset from the lanai and the view of the mountain over Hanalei bay was amazing!

Glorious View

Kauai is our favorite Hawaiian island and, because of the beautiful sunsets, we prefer the Priceville area. This condo certainly offers that. The view is glorious with the ocean in front and Bali Hai ridge to the left. This condo is beautiful and comfortable with a kitchen that includes any appliance you might need. The master bedroom has a spectacular view. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the owner nice to work with.

Words cannot explain what a fabulous time we had at condo 309. The place was so amazing we did not want to leave it for one second. The pictures do not do it justice. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Ate dinner on the lanai watching the sunset every evening.
The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with.Replies to all emails promptly. He is even nicer in person.
We are planning on returning in the near future this time with the entire family.Thanks Tarek for everything !!
P.S we drove around the area checking out all the other condo's and these seem to be the nicest !!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this lovely condo #309 at Puu Poa. This is a lovely condo with fabulous views and a gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen. There are all sorts of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, even sand toys for those with children. It is a spectacular spot, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Tarek was great to work with - very responsive to e-mails. We will definitely return to #309!

Wonderful Condo, Wonderful Owner

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights in March' 12. It's a very clean, well kept, comfortable, bright and airy condo with awesome views. The weather did not co-operate during our stay there and we could not go out much, but we had a great time at the condo. We also loved the attention to detail on the stuff in it e.g. the condo even had grocery store membership cards kept there if we had to go shop for groceries, beach mats, lots of other stuff which made our stay there a pleasure.
Tarek, the owner, was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. He answered all our questions very quickly and accomodated all our requests including an early check-in and a late check-out. On the day we were checking out, the weather was pretty bad and the bridge out of the North Shores was closed because of a land slide. We asked Tarek if we could stay on a bit longer till the bridge re-opened and he accomodated our request in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family and will defnitely rent one of Tarek's condos again during our next visit to Kauai.

Awesome Honeymoon

My wife and I spend 3 nights in Honolulu followed by 4 nights in Pu'u Poa 309 and wish we had spent all 7 nights in Pu'u Poa. I was a little nervous about the heat with no a/c but the trade winds are very nice keeping the unit a comfortable temp so long as the windows were open. The beach is a steep descent down a small trail but is well worth it as we found the best snorkeling right below the condo. Tarek was great to work with in getting the dates arranged and giving advice on some of the local sights/scenes. We're already trying to figure out when we can make a return trip.
