I cannot begin to thank you enough!! Earl was a scare but Art called the tenants prior & let us know the weather was beautiful! He was wonderful to work with & I will recommend this home to everyone I know. This year was a vacation that my family and future family will remember always.
I am getting married next year & this was the first Lenz & Matuszewski vacation. It really felt like home. We're going to start doing this yearly now! and will stay here everytime!

Enjoyed your condo very much. You have made it feel like "home". The amenities were great, xtra chairs etc... View is awesome. We saw over 30 dolphins all in a row! Millions of butterflies passing by and a red fox made a quick visit! Awesome!

Thank you so much for the lovely beach home. We had beautiful weather until the threat of "Earl" our very last day at the beach. But the surf was awesome and some of the best waves I've seen since Hawaii.
Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and ocean, Doughroller, and pool!
You have truly made this a family vacation home.

We loved the convenience of the house & our 4 yr old grandson said "Oh Grammy, thank you so much for the big sand box in our back yard!" He also said "It was the best fun I have ever had." The amenities in the house were great! We hope to be back again next year for our family reunion! May God bless you, your family, & your home!
