Comfy and Cozy

Our family enjoyed our stay at Aloha Bear. The unit was just as presented. The downstairs was perfect for our daughters with their own bathroom. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The living room was nicely appointed and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for whipping up breakfast and dinners. This was our first visit to Brianhead. BE advised to drink plenty of water for the altitude and Go snowmobiling if you get a chance! So much fun

We had the pleasure of renting this unit for my 50th Birthday getaway. The location was superb, the decor, furnishings and overall condition of this unit is by far the best we have stayed in, and we have been coming to Brianhead for over 15yrs. The complex is one of the newest on the mountain. It had a nice 2 car garage that let directly into the unit. Terri who handled all the booking and payment instructions was so nice, and kept in touch frequently. Kim the local contact person on the mountain lives down the street so she was readily available, and has a wealth of knowledge about the activities and sites to visit on or near the resort. I would highly recommend to all types of vacationers. In winter time close to both Sides of mountain / lifts, in summertime great location for hikers/ Mt. bikers, or Vegas people wanting to get away from the heat. WE WILL DEFINITELY RENT THIS UNIT MANY MORE TIME IN FUTURE. DD

Luxury Accommodations at Budget Prices

The Aloha Bear was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was priced competitively with the much older units at Brian Head, but came with all of the perks of a brand new, upscale complex. Surprisingly high end appliances and a well-stocked kitchen (key for those with families who like to save money by dining in). Much more (and nicer) than the typical “service for four” you find at many vacation rentals. Beds (especially master) were top notch, including pillows and linens. Decor was thoughtful, appropriate, and not overly “cabin-ish.” Modern furniture, while still keeping with the mountain feel. WiFi was a definite bonus. Great location - walkable to Giant Steps (though not ski in/ski out, which may be preferred by some). Very quiet complex. Obviously habited, but not a peep heard from our neighbors. Seemed to be a lot of owner occupied units (open garage doors showed evidence of permanent residents), which made for friendly and knowledgeable neighbors. Be sure to read the house rules and tips & tricks, as they contain some very useful information. Owner was very responsive and available during our reservation process. Thankfully, we didn’t have the need to contact her during our stay, though we had several forms of contact provided.

Wonderful condo at a great price! We stayed over the 4th and had a great time! It was very clean and had everything we needed! We loved it so much we are going back!

Ski get away

We have been to Brian Head several years and always explored different types accommodating hotels, resorts et., this time we struck gold! This place was awesome! The ONLY hiccup was the last night when someone was up stairs settling in we'll past midnight. They were quite finally around 1 AM. The other two days were very peaceful and was able to relax. Wonderful condo and would go back again!

Brian Head is our ski destination, and we have been at a few other condos, but this has been the best by far. I know we will be renting from Suzanne again. This was a perfect vacation for our family, the condo was clean, warm, and very well kept. The private garage is what makes this better than all the rest. Location cannot be beat, right across from Giant Steps, and behind the Navajo side. I am almost afraid to leave a review since the secret of this great condo will now be revealed. Suzanne and Terri, thank you very much for a wonderful time in your home. Our family cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for us. Aloha and hope to stay with you again.

This condo lived up to its description in every way. The great room (kitchen, dining area, & living area all together) was wonderful, and the beds and bathrooms were great as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody who was looking for a place to stay with five or less people. We had five people and absolutely loved it!

This is just like a home!

This was our first visit to Brain Head and staying at Aloha Bear helped make it a wonderful experience.
As my 7 year old daughter exclaimed on her last night, "This is just like a home!"
We hope to make more visits back. Thank you for all the great, homey touches.
