| You can't beat this rental for space, location, cleanliness, amenities and personalized service from By The Sea Vacation Homes. Twelve of us slept well enough in this home to all place among the top ten teams at the Seaside Volleyball Tournament. The courts were just a short walk down the Promenade from the house, along with shopping and restaurants. Once we parked, the car didn't move!
Although the house is large and the beds and furniture are cozy, there are not enough beds to sleep 12 adults, but with a couple of air mattresses, the beautiful sun room transforms into a sweet bedroom area!
The kitchen is spacious and makes for easy entertaining and/or meal prep after a long day on the beach - the beautiful beach that is just out the front door! Having a washer and dryer sure made a difference. Everything was clean on arrival and the list of cleaning expectations upon checkout is short, which makes leaving a little easier. We departed right at the noon checkout time and were greeted by a friendly cleaning lady.
This home as all the charm, location and a great property manager. I could go on and on about this house, but I'll let you see for yourself. We will certainly stay at the Prom House next year!
