Comfortable place to base a trip to NYC with easy access to transport, shopping and attractions
Beautiful & Spacious 3 BR/2 BA E57th St
The apartment at 157 East 57th St was the perfect place for our family to base itself during our week in New York. It is perfectly located, within walking distance of lovely shopping areas, grocery stores, subway and central park. ( Also Broadway and Times Square for the more energetic). And if you don't want to go out, you can sit and watch New York go past the huge front window looking over 3rd avenue. The apartment is spacious, and very comfortably furnished, with everything needed from extra bedding, comfortable beds, televisions, great showers, well equipped kitchen and modern, comfortable, quality furnishings. The elevator is a bonus, and basement laundry very convenient. Finally, the staff at Suites 57 ( and Kiera and Lisa in particular) made the booking simple and hassle free, and provided prompt and helpful responses to all queries.

Spacious, Great Location

This was a roomy apartment for six adults. Great to have a full living room & dining room table where we could gather without disturbing anyone who went to bed early or got up late. Loved the location & would definitely consider staying here again. Very clean, comfortable and a quiet building. Even the doormen were great.

We flew in NY City from Miami, Florida. We were a family of 7 (all adults) and we had a wonderfultime expecially during the holidays. An important part of that being so, was definitely this apartment. The location is perfect, in a very nice part of town (East side) a couple of blocks from everything: 24 hr Convenience Store (Duene & Read), Restaurants, pizza place, coffee shop, agreat Deli around the corner (Gigi´s), the subway it just 3 blocks from thebuilding, Central Park 5 blocks, in other words, its perfectly located ! Youwould not need a car, you can get everywhere by just walking or by taking the subwayat Lexington Aveand 59th Street.
The moment we entered the building, we were kindlygreeted by Paul (the Doorman) who guided us to the apartment. The apartmentitself â our was unit 3A â was very clean and spacious (3 Bedrooms â 2 Baths),with a nice and well equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, and withall you would probably need (and more) to have a perfect stay in NYC. Flat TV`sin each room and a larger one in the living room, wifi, clean linens andtowels, everything. Thanks Diane for all your assistance and next time we planto go to NYC, believe me, you will be hearing from me again!

Girls Trip to NYC

Seven middle-aged women stayed at Suites 57 for a getaway for November 2011. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate the seven of us with all the amenities you could need. The only caveate is that the kitchen is very small and it would be difficult to prepare any extensive meals there. However, it does have everything you need. The location is amazing! Lexington and 57th - walking distance to most of what you want to do including the subway. Shopping, restaurants, museums, Central Park etc. all walking distance. The neighbourhood was very busy but we felt safe and secure at all times going out alone or in a group. The Concierges were very helpful and accommodating. Suites 57 management also were very helpful, allowing us to store luggage before/after our check in/out times so that we didn't have to cart it around with us. We did a lot of comparison shopping before we booked with Suites 57 and this was by far the best value for what we got that we saw. In fact, based on the price, we were a little concerned that the website might be not be representing the apartment accurately but it fully met our expectations and was completely accurate to what was on the website. Also, the people we dealt with at Suites 57 always got back to us with answers and information right away - unlike a number of other locations we had investigated. I would be more than happy to stay there again and would recommend it to others in future.
