Welcome to the boho-chic elegance, comfort, and affordability of La Maison L’ile - pronounced "Leela". Perfect for family get togethers or a group of friends, this spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa located on a lovely tropical lot within the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates in Dutch St Maarten. This fully air-conditioned villa is comprised of a pair of 2 story buildings, one on either of the pool, and boasts a stylish blend of comfort and sophistication, plus it offers exquisite ocean views, including St Barth’s in the distance.

The main entrance from the parking area opens onto the terrace. In the main building to the left you’ll find a charming living area with an adjacent dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen which open to a lovely furnished covered terrace and a sun deck with private pool, and those amazing views!

The villa boasts 4 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bedrooms with a set of bunk beds, 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom. 3 bedrooms are in the main building and the other 3 are in the annex on the other side of the pool.

Enjoy the generous pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs and plush outdoor seating arrangements. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden that enhances the serene atmosphere. This gated villa offers plenty of secured parking.
