This stunning villa is truly special! Living up to its name, La Vue Folle, meaning ‘The Crazy View’, is an outstanding, eye-catching villa located on a lush, elevated 3 acre lot in Terres Basses where glorious views of Simpson Bay Lagoon, Marigot, Cole Bay the mountains and the ocean beyond are sure to mesmerize everyone who graces the doorway. The main entrance leads through the comfortably furnished living area to a lovely terrace with a new, heated infinity pool and those impeccable views.

 

What makes La Vue Folle ubique is that it offers not one but two lovely pools, one of which is heated, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and three luxurious bedrooms; nothing can quite compare this home. The interior is equally as remarkable as the exterior with a meandering floorplan that leads guests into their individual oasis with a deluxe common area in the center. This home is truly magnificent and clients wishing to stay in this villa are in for a real treat.

 

The exterior takes advantage of its prime positioning by highlighting Simpson Bay with an oval infinity heated pool acting as the stage for the view and a rectangular pool next to it. A separate set of stepping stones, leading from the driveway, extends to an outdoor kitchen that is situated next to the rectangular pool. This creates the perfect place for entertaining.

This kitchen includes a barbeque, a breakfast bar and a dining table beneath a dome structure acting as a culinary cocoon from the sun.

Adjacent to this structure is a hidden alcove for reading a book or sparking conversation among friends. A concealed flight of steps, between the pools, leads visitors to a viewing area in which they can observe the sunset while sipping champagne. The additional outdoor dining table is located closer to the home, suited for cooking a casual meal or perhaps hiring a private chef to further embrace the scenery.

 

The interior structure of the home is just as enchanting by attracting guests in with the high ceilings and the seamless flow from room to room. As clients enter, there is a glass door entrance that attends to the substantial living space. This room includes comfortable sofas and a large TV, along with speakers, ideal for listening to music while remaining out of the sun for an air-conditioned experience.

The kitchen is set to the right of the living room through an arched entryway. The L-shaped kitchen is accompanied by a central island, an induction stove, glass cupboards and even a pantry for storing food. Directly in front of the kitchen, is a beautiful wooden dining table with a carved mandala shape in the center, lit up by a contemporary lighting fixture for savoring a wonderful dinner.

 

The three bedrooms stem from the heart of the home, with one room having an exterior entrance and the other two attached to the villa itself. The of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, spectacular ensuites, and an individual outdoor terrace with spacious closets to store clothes in. All of the bedrooms include comfortable seating to unwind in the cozy atmosphere.

 

The primary bedroom #1: has interior and exterior access with a vast ensuite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi with a view, double sinks with harmonious mismatched tiles, and an indoor and outdoor shower for the preferred bathing method.

 

The bedroom #2 is attached to the left of the living space and includes the main king-size bed with a niche set of full size bunkbeds for accommodating children in the home. The bedroom #3 is accessed through its exterior entrance near the front. By walking in, clients are faced with a mini set of stairs to the right, acting as an additional nook with queen bed for children. Continuing further will reveal a low-laying bed with spectacular tall ceilings and an additional indoor and outdoor shower to fulfil the natural sense of this villa.
