Located on a west facing oceanfront lot in the gated residential community of Beacon Hill in Dutch St Maarten, is the newly refurbished Villa Bonjour, a lovely 4 bedroom 4 bath vacation villa. With unobstructed views of the coastline of Burgeaux Bay and the Caribbean sea, guests will enjoy full sun during the afternoon and a great sunsets and twinkling lights in the evenings, not to mention the constant lull of the waves just below the pool. Bonjour offers a very spacious open floor plan. Upon entry you’ll be very impressed with a huge kitchen with bar that opens to the comfortably furnished living and dining room. There are wonderful views through the large sliding glass doors that open to the terrace and a good size pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned or, if your prefer to feel the trade winds, you can open up the glass doors to let the breezes in to give the villa an indoor outdoor feel. The terrace offers al fresco dining and additional seating and is the perfect place to enjoy your Happy Hour cocktails.
The villa offers 4 large bedrooms, each with king beds, TVs, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. It is absolutely perfect for 4 couples sharing, or for families with children.
The Beacon Hill area is close – just over one half mile - to Maho Village with its many restaurants, casino, shops, and grocery store. It is also an easy 457 yard walk to a stairway that leads down to beautiful, sandy Simpson Bay beach!

Beacon Hill is a peninsula of land that extends to the south of Maho and makes up the far western end of Simpson Bay and the eastern side of Burgeoux Bay. Depending on which side you are on, you have views of beautiful Simpson Bay and Pelican Key to the east, or the Caribbean Sea and Saba to the west. It is a very convenient location as it is close to lots of restaurants from local BBQ to fine dining establishments, plenty of bars, and casinos. Simpson Bay beach, one of the nicest on the island, is accessed from a stairway that is a short walk from any villa location on Beacon Hill. Burgeoux Bay is also a short walk and terminates at the back side of Sunset Beach Bar which is next to Maho Beach.
St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.
