This charming two bedroom, two bath villa is located on one of St Martin’s most beautiful, pristine beaches located in the secluded community of Baie Rouge in Terres Basses.
This property is a little jewel among the huge luxurious estates that line Baie Rouge beach. While not built directly on the sand, the villa is built on the back end of the lot affording it total privacy, yet is only 100 yards from the sand. The villa was finished in Dec 2020, and offers full AC, a private pool and expansive terrace, lovely furnishings, décor, and high end finishes throughout.
The living room has a large screen TV with Sat connection, Netflix, and CD player. The galley kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast bar opens to a dining area with seating for 4 persons. The living rea and dining area opens to the terrace with alfresco dining and comfortable seating.
There are 2 relatively equal bedrooms, each with king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms opens to the terrace while the second bedroom is accessed just off the living area.
