Wow! You’ve discovered a rare find! A huge 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with ocean views and located directly on iconic Orient Bay beach! Welcome to Neptune’s Hideaway! This well-equipped, fully air conditioned modern condo, located on the 2nd floor of a boutique residential community smack dab in the heart of Orient Bay, will enchant and delight you! As you enter into the condo you’ll be immediately impressed with the huge open floor plan and spacious balcony offering lovely beach and ocean views, as well as views of the community grounds and pools below. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living and dining area, and an open concept, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Neptune’s Hideaway offers 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, walk in shower and toilet. There are 2 on the same level as the living room (each has a Euro Queen bed which is a bit wider than an US queen) and upstairs is a huge loft where the master with a king bed and sitting area is located. Neptune very comfortably accommodates 6 people with plenty of breathing room and space to relax. It has everything you’ll need to prepare great meals or simply walk 2 minutes to a plethora of fine dining or casual restaurants. It also has Wifi, Smart TV, a BBQ, washing machine and dryer! You will immediately be seduced by its location and layout, it is just the perfect spot for an amazing holiday vacation with friends or family on full filled Orient Beach! The new and fabulous Kontiki Beach Restaurant is literally just a few steps from the pool. You will relish it’s amazing food and adult beverages... and can rent super comfy beach loungers and umbrellas. PLEASE NOTE: That beach chairs & umbrellas are not included with this rental, however, as a courtesy to vacation rental guests, Bikini Beach Restaurant & Bar will charge for them, and then deduct the rental cost of these items from your tab (food and drink) at the end of the day. Other beach bars may offer free chairs when dining or drinking at their establishment.
A limited amount of paper products and soaps (toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, etc) will be provided for your arrival, but will not be replenished during your stay, therefore, it is up to the guest to supply these products for themselves after they run out. If the unit does not have a land line or VOIP telephone, a cell phone with rechargeable SIM card may be provided upon request. And lastly, Wi-Fi is free but not guaranteed. Again, these amenities and inclusions are provided as a courtesy and are not part of the rental fee. All are subject to change without notice. Seasonings and oils are not provided by the owner.
