The Coastal Breeze Cabanas is one-of-a-kind in the Crystal Beach community of Destin! Made up of four beautifully furnished cabanas, this beach house offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a memorable vacation TOGETHER...without having to forfeit privacy! Your family will love the large brand-new private pool and tropical landscaping as they gather exclusively in our spacious courtyard (with ample outdoor dining and new gas grill)!

All four cabanas are attached under one roof and combined they form a 3029 sq. ft. single-story beach house. With the ocean less than a block away (70 yards), it's an easy sidewalk stroll to the sugar-sand beach! Located in the heart of Destin, the Coastal Breeze is not only near to the beach...it's close to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions our town offers! All these things make the Coastal Breeze idealic for family vacations, wedding parties, and large groups.

  • Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax, cleaning fee and damage deposit must be paid 37 days prior to check-in day.
  • Tax: 11% Florida Tax
  • Damage Deposit: $1000 Damage Deposit is refunded 3-5days after check-out if home is left in order.
  • Cleaning Fee: $400.
We accept payment in the form of personal check. You may also choose to pay on paypal for a 3% transaction fee.
