Then enter the dining room with a large, formal table that seats 6 for dinner. Move into the kitchen with new appliances, beautiful warm granite counters, plenty of dishware and space for even the most accomplished of chefs. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual dining. Adjourn to the family room which has panoramic views of the private pool and beautiful lake. Enjoy the large television from  leather couches, or simply enjoy chatting in a well designed setting. From the family room, you can enter either the master suite or the secondary guest rooms, split from each other. The master suite has a king-sized bed, large glass doors out to the pool with an incredible view of the lake as well.. Sit and watch the evening wildlife or enjoy the television as you prepare for bed. The oversized garden tub with huge window will afford you a secret escape (for as long as you can get away!). There is a large walk-in shower, a huge closet with plenty of room for storing luggage. The secondary bedrooms include a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wall-mounted flat screen television and plenty of closet space; 2 bedrooms with twin beds, also with large closets and televisions, with plenty of space to enjoy quiet time! The game room, off the kitchen, includes a pool table, dartboard and air hockey table. Challenge each other to one of the games to see who will do the dishes! Want to spend a quiet evening in? We are pleased to offer NetFlix at  no additional charge! Refer to the Client Information Manual for directions on how to access hundreds of movies at the touch of a button! If you don't want to cook, you are extremely close to a huge array of dining choices. From local chains to independent restaurants you are sure to find every selection of food imaginable. The private community provides our guests access to a fitness center, community pool with large children's play area (sprinklers, wading pool, etc.); 2 lakes, one with running trails and large park; fishing dock, tennis and much, much more. Our gate guards are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure the highest level of privacy and security available. Within minimal driving distance you'll find some of the world's best attractions - Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, NASA, Cocoa Beach, mini-golf, GatorLand and some of the best golfing on the East Coast. Our team is always available to assist you in planning your holiday, we've been to all the attractions and can make recommendations based on your needs! We first visited Orlando in 2008 on a family vacation. We stayed in Lake Berkley and loved the experience so much that we bought a home in the community! We've been enjoying it ever since and have had great feedback from clients.
We wanted to provide unique experiences for our guests, so we have one home that is a traditionally-decorated home, and a second home that provides a different atmosphere, more akin to the upscale, urban contemporary hotels.
