It is the perfect property that can accommodate big families or several families who want to vacation together. It is within a short 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the San Clemente pier. You can park your car during your whole stay as you won't need it to get to the fun shopping and great restaurants that are located in main stream San Clemente. There is a huge patio and steps down to the biggest back yard in the OC! Beyond the kid-friendly yard is a gate that opens for private access to the park with children's playground and then the beach! Surfboards, bikes and scooters are left in the private 2 car garage. Its a 2 minute walk out the front gate to the pier, cafes and restaurants.
