| This is a standard 2 bedroom plus loft condo unit. It has the original cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen. The stove and refrigerator have been upgraded.The furnishings in the living room include long L-shaped leather couch, as well as a nice TV and media center. The unit is positioned so the morning sun streams thru the side yard into the living and downstairs bedroom areas. As with all units at Chinquapin, there is a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.Down the hall from the main living area are the master bedroom & bath, the second bedroom with another full bath in the central hall.
