Welcome to the newly updated Caribbean Blue!! Refurbished in June 2021, Caribbean Blue is a lovely, spacious, and affordable beachfront villa for a group of couples or a family reunion, you’ve found it! Located in one of St Maarten’s most popular areas, the charming community of Pelican Key, and just southeast of beautiful Simpson Bay beach, guests enjoy the comfort of home along with an array of restaurants, shops, casinos, grocery stores, and water sport excursions right close by! Some are even within walking distance! The villa is a split level design. The main entry level houses a comfy living room with sliders that allow for expansive ocean views. Up a couple steps is the dining area and an open “American style” kitchen with granite countertops, a bar, and a butler’s pantry. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with king bed, ocean views, and ensuite bath. Across the hall is a smaller bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with king bed, and ensuite bath. Two have ocean views and one has garden views. The villa offers a large terrace that surrounds a private pool. There is more plush seating and alfresco dining under the covered portion of the deck, all of which enjoy spectacular views and are perfect for everything from morning coffee and fresh croissants baked at local bakeries, to cocktails and dinner by the pool. Just below the pool is the beach... Pelican Key beach offers fabulous sunset views, and a parade of yachts, sail boats, and in the evening, large cruise ships all lit up for show meander slowly by. The amount of sand on this beach fluctuates with the weather and tides, but for the most part there is a sandy opening to get in the ocean. This beach is also known for finding large conch shells and other delights of the sea. For snorkeling fanatics, you’ll be in and out of the ocean at your door step. Caribbean Blue is a comfortable, enjoyable, affordable little piece of paradise in the Caribbean, so come on down!!
