The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor, two flights of stairs/no elevator. It has 2 bedrooms; there’s a queen-size  and a fold up bed in the large bedroom.Second bedroom has a queen-size bed, with a balcony outside.

The bathroom is located off the large bedroom (you must enter the large bedroom in order to use it).  There is a living room with Queen sofa bed, dining area with table & 8 chairs, a fully functioning kitchen with dishes and pots.  The apartment is fully furnished with everything

-Check in is generally after 3pm; check out at 12-noon to allow time for maid to clean. However, arrangements can be made to leave luggage in corner if an additional few hours are needed.
-Deposit of 25% will secure your reservation and confirmation for your desired dates. Deposit is accepted via PayPal, check, money order, or travelers check. You may also have a friend here in New York come and view apartment and a leave the deposit. Our PayPal.com account number is our email address: [email protected]
-We are a Verified PayPal buyer/merchant, so you have that extra protection, safety, security, and peace of mind of knowing that we are legitimate.
-Remainder 75% is due upon arrival in cash (preferred), travelers checks, money order, or certified-bank-check made payable to Sam Wasserman, 1501 Broadway suite# 2605, New York, NY 10036.
-Cancellation Policy: If canceled up to 21 days prior to check-in, entire deposit returned
