NO kitchen sink, small Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, electric stove top, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, utensils and basic cooking ingredients.

Bathroom:
Sink and toilet in one room, while shower is in a separate room, hair dryer.
