Spacious, and beautifully furnished apartment in a contemporary style. All floors are cherrywood, a wood rarely used for floors..the result is unique and charming, again, another special feature of this incredible apartment. There are several large closets. There are two bedrooms: The master bedroom is 15' x 20' (5 metres by almost 7 metres) the size of most apartments in New York City. It is very unusual to find a bedroom this size anywhere in the city. Two double beds in the second bedroom.

There is plenty of room for the tenant to store clothes. The apartment is air-conditioned, and has forced air heat, which changes with the time of year. Linens and towels are plentiful. Rollaway beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge. Services that could be provided upon request for an extra fee: daily maid service, room service (there are several restaurants in the neighborhood who deliver), theatre tickets, concierge services and much more.
